Manage Service Gaps

  • Click your initials on the top right in the header

  • Click "Admin" in the Dropdown

  • Click "Service Gaps" under Settings

Service Gaps

Taxonomy Settings

  • Toggle control to enable/disable Taxonomy Term Selection when tagging a Service Gap on a Contact for all organization users

    • When the toggle is on — Users have the ability to search and select an Active Taxonomy Term to associate with their Service Gap

    • When the toggle is off — Taxonomy Terms cannot be associated with a Service Gap

  • Toggle control to enable/disable if Taxonomy Term Selection when tagging a Service Gap is "Required Always". This option only appears when "Taxonomy Term Selection" is toggled on

    • When the toggle is on — A Taxonomy Term must be selected to successfully tag a Service Gap on a Contact

    • When the toggle is off — A Taxonomy Term selection on a Service Gap is optional

Add New Service Gaps

  • If on the main "Service Gaps" page, click the blue "+ New" button to add a new Service Gap Group. Enter a Gap Name and Click Save

  • To create a new Service Gap nested under a Group, click the Group name, then click the blue "+ New" button. Enter a Gap Name and Click Save

  • Both Service Gap "Groups" and Service Gaps can be tagged by users who are making a Service Gap on a Contact

Manage Existing Service Gaps

  • Navigation

    • Use the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" options to scroll through the different pages of Service Gaps or Groups

    • Use the "Filter" next to "Name" to search, sort A-Z, or sort Z-A on the current page

    • Click on a Service Gap Group Name to view their associated Service Gaps

    • Click on "Service Gaps - {Group_Name}" to navigate back to the main Service Gap Group table

  • 3 Options when managing existing Service Gap Groups and their associated Service Gaps

    • Edit

      • Change the name of the existing Service Gap or Group

    • Archive/Unarchive

      • Archive an existing Service Gap or Group

      • Unarchive (Restore) a previously archived Service Gap or Group

    • Delete

      • Remove the existing Service Gap or Group

      • This can only be completed if the Gap or the Group has not been used
