Permissions
To submit a survey within a Contact in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Contact" permission
Survey Navigation
There are 3 main components to surveys:

1. Navigation Options
Navigation happens at the top and bottom of the survey modal
Top Navigation
Name of the Survey
Language (of the Survey) dropdown
Click the default language, and select a new language to switch languages
Hamburger Menu (3 horizontal lines)
When clicked, use the popup to navigate to a different page/section of the survey


Bottom Navigation
Next / Submit button
When the survey has multiple pages, "Next" will appear to take users to the next page
When at the end of the survey, click "Submit" to submit the responses
Back button
Click the back button to return to the previous page
Return to Beginning / Go to End
Click these options to quickly navigate to the first and last page of the survey

Additional Options
Question Descriptions — details under the question that might provide more context, instructions, or formatting
Default Answers — questions that will automatically have an initial answer instead of no answer
Required — these must be answered before submitting a form, indicated by a red *
Validation Requirements — rules about what an answer can be or look like, such as enforcing formatting on phone number fields
Error Messages — these appear when a required question is not answered or the validation requirements are not met. Read these for instructions on fixing the questions/answers to be able to submit the survey


3. Submission Requirements
To Submit a Survey:
Fill out all Required Questions
Ensure all completed fields meet their Validation Requirements
Click Submit
