Nexus Invite Troubleshooting
Problem
If you have checked your Spam folder, and still cannot locate the Nexus Invite, please send the information provided below to your IT department to assist in troubleshooting the issue.

Greetings from 211LA Nexus-CareSuite. A member of your organization has been invited as a user to our Nexus CareSuite platform. Their invite was successfully sent from our system, however, the intended recipient has not yet received it in their inbox. Please assist in whitelisting the Nexus domain as this may have blocked the invite to the users’ inbox.

Subject Line: Network Invitation
Sender Name: Nexus 211
Sender Email: [email protected] via sendgrid.net
Be sure to inform your system admininstroar once your IT has confirmed the domain has been whitelisted.
