Manage Close Contact Checklist

  • Click your initials on the top right in the header

  • Click "Admin" in the Dropdown

  • Click "Close Contact Checklist" under Settings

Close Contact Checklist

Add New Checklist Item

  • Click the blue "+ New" button. Select a Checklist Item, a Type, if it shows for Incomplete Calls, and if it is Required for Incomplete Calls

    • Checklist Item options = Demographic Survey Check, Intake Survey Submitted, Select Contact Source, Add Contact Tags, Select Inquirer Served, Select Service Provision, Select Primary Need

    • Type options = Required, Optional

  • When Show for Incomplete Calls is checked, select options to add to the Incomplete Call Check

    • Only the selected options will appear in the dropdown when closing a Contact from the Select a Profile page

Manage Existing Checklist Items

  • Navigation

    • Use the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" options to scroll through the different pages of Inquirer Served Options

    • Use the "Filter" next to "Name" or Type to search, sort A-Z, or sort Z-A on the current page

  • 2 Options when managing existing Inquirer Served Options

    • Edit

      • Edit the settings of the existing Checklist Item

    • Delete

      • Remove the existing Checklist Item from the Checklist
