Manage Tags

  • Click your initials on the top right in the header

  • Click "Admin" in the Dropdown

  • Click "Tags" under Settings

Tags

Add New Tags

  • Click the blue "+ New" button. Enter a Tag name and Click Save

Manage Existing Tags

  • Navigation

    • Use the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" options to scroll through the different pages of Tags

    • Use the "Filter" next to "Name" to search, sort A-Z, or sort Z-A on the current page

  • 3 Options when managing existing Tags

    • Edit

      • Change the name of the existing Tag

    • Archive/Unarchive

      • Archive an existing Tag

      • Unarchive (Restore) a previously archived Tag

    • Delete

      • Remove the existing Tag

      • This can only be completed if the Tag has not been used

User Feature

Users will see this feature on the Caller Details section of a Contact. See 2. Contact Information for more information
