Manage Contact Sources
Navigation
Click your initials on the top right in the header
Click "Admin" in the Dropdown
Click "Contact Sources" under Settings
Contact Sources
Add New Contact Sources
Click the blue "+ New" button. Enter the Code in the IVR system, the Contact Source name, an optional Description, and Click Save
The "Code in the IVR system" may also be known as the Skill or the Queue ID in IVR systems

Manage Existing Contact Sources
Navigation
Use the "Previous Page" and "Next Page" options to scroll through the different pages of Contact Sources
Use the "Filter" next to "Name" to search, sort A-Z, or sort Z-A on the current page
Use the "Filter" next to "Code" to search, sort A-Z, or sort Z-A on the current page
3 Options when managing existing Contact Sources
Edit
Change the name or description of the existing Contact Source
Archive/Unarchive
Archive an existing Contact Source
Unarchive (Restore) a previously archived Contact Source
Delete
Remove the existing Contact Source
This can only be completed if the Contact Source has not been used

User Feature
Users will see this feature in the Header of an Open Contact. See 3. Source for more information
