Manage Reminders

Permissions

To Manage Reminders in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Reminders" permission

  • Click your initials on the top right in the header

  • Click "Admin" in the Dropdown

  • Click "Reminders" under Content

Reminders

  • Toggle control to enable/disable the Reminder in CS Contact for all organization users

    • When the toggle is on — "Reminder is active"

    • When the toggle is off — "Reminder is inactive"

  • A confirmation popup will appear when switching between the two states

  • Enter a Title and Message, then click Save

    • Title Character Limit: 30

    • Message Character Limit: 100
