To Manage Reminders in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Reminders" permission
Click your initials on the top right in the header
Click "Admin" in the Dropdown
Click "Reminders" under Content
Toggle control to enable/disable the Reminder in CS Contact for all organization users
When the toggle is on — "Reminder is active"
When the toggle is off — "Reminder is inactive"
A confirmation popup will appear when switching between the two states
Enter a Title and Message, then click Save
Title Character Limit: 30
Message Character Limit: 100
Users will see this feature when Selecting a Profile for a Contact. See Reminder for more information
