Refer Resources within a Contact

Permissions

To Search and Refer Resources in a Contact in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Contact" permission

Resource Details Popup

Click on a Resource from Search to view its details.

There are 4 main sections in the Resource Details popup:

  1. Resource Identifying Information

  2. Resource Contact Information

  3. Resource Address

  4. Additional Resource Information

1. Resource Identifying Information

Fields in this section include (when applicable):

  • Service Name

  • Agency Name

  • Site Name

  • Agency Description

  • Service Description

  • Resource Description

  • (Resource) Application Procedure

  • (Resource) Fee / Payment Source

  • (Resource) Eligibility

  • (Resource) Documents Required

2. Resource Contact Information

Fields in this section include (when applicable):

  • Phone Numbers, including Extensions, Descriptions, and Functions

  • Site Web Pages

  • Agency Web Pages

  • Agency Emails

3. Resource Address

Fields in this section include (when applicable):

  • Map and map point of the physical address

  • Street Address, City, State, Zip Code / Postal Code

  • Refer this Resource button

Click the "Refer this Resource" button to Refer the Resource on the Contact.

If referred, click "Unrefer this Resource" button to Unrefer the Resource on the Contact

4. Additional Resource Information

Fields in this section include (when applicable):

  • Important Notes on This Resource

  • Taxonomy Term

  • Target Terms

  • Service Conditions

  • Service Areas

  • Hours
