Programs, Surveys, and Protocols

Permissions

To complete program intakes and referrals on the Program, Surveys, and Protocols tab of a Contact in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Contact" permission

Programs

Search and browse Programs within the Organization

A Program will display in 1 of 4 ways:

  1. Highlighted Yellow with "Submitted {date}" underneath — there is a previous submission to this Program for the Profile associated with this Contact

  2. Highlighted Green with "Zip Code Eligible" / "Post Code Eligible" underneath — this Program is restricted to Clients in particular areas, and the current Client is eligible

  3. Greyed Out with "Zip Code Ineligible" underneath — this Program is restricted to Clients in particular areas, and the current Client is not eligible

  4. With no additional text underneath — this Program has no restrictions and no previous submissions for the Profile associated with this Contact

  • To Search, type a keyword in the Search bar

    • Matching Programs with that keyword in the Project Name, Short Name, and/or Project Description will display underneath

  • To Browse, scroll through the listed Programs

    • Programs display in alphabetical order (0-9, A-Z), according to their "Short Name"

  • For a Program to appear on this page, the option for "CS Contact Intake Enabled" must be enabled for the Program. Visit CS Care > Project Settings > Edit Project (requires CS Care Project Admin permissions)

Program Details

Click on a Program to view its Details.

The Program Details has 3 tabs:

  1. Intake

  2. Referrals

  3. About

Intake

  • The first tab that opens when clicking a Program

  • Click "New submission" to fill out a new Program/Project Intake survey

  • If available, the CS Care Case Code (with a hyperlink) and the Submitted At Date for the previous Submission(s) for the Profile Associated with this Contact will appear in a list

    • Click the "Edit" button to View or Edit this Submission

  • To view the above options, the Contact must be Open

  • The CS Care Case Code hyperlink directs users to the Case in CS Care (requires appropriate CS Care Project permissions)

  • See Survey Navigation for more details on completing surveys within CareSuite

Referrals

  • View the list of Related Resources for this Program

  • Click on a Resource to view the Resource Details Popup

    • Use the "Refer this Resource" option to Refer the Resource

    • If the Resource has been Referred on this Contact, a Green Checkmark and "Referred" will appear underneath it

  • To Refer a Resource, the Contact must be Open

  • For a Resource to appear on this tab, the Resource must be added to the "Related Resources" list for the Program. Visit CS Care > Project Settings > Edit Project (requires CS Care Project Admin permissions)

About

  • View the Overview information for the Program, including the Project Name, Project Description, and Contact Agent Instructions

  • To Edit this information, visit CS Care > Project Settings > Edit Project (requires CS Care Project Admin permissions)
