Contact Side Navigation

Permissions

To update the information in the Contact Side Navigation for a Contact in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a CS Contact role that has the "Manage Contact" permission

Contact Side Navigation Sections

There are 2 main sections in the Contact Side Navigation section:

  1. Contact Tabs (Navigation)

    1. Caller Details — Check details about caller

    2. Programs, Surveys, and Protocols — Whole list about programs

    3. Search Resource & Taxonomy — Detailed search

    4. Referrals — Check referral list here

  2. Pinned Items, under "Pin"

    1. Caller Information

    2. Notes

    3. Delete Contact (Permissions-based)

2. Pinned Items

Pinned Items includes shortcuts to viewing select Contact Information

Caller Information

  • Caller Profile

    • View the Email (of the Profile), Contact ID, and IVR ID

  • Caller Demographic

    • View the information about the Profile, aka "Demographic Survey", "Profile Details"

  • Caller IVR Data

    • View the information from the telephony system

  • Click the "X" in the top right to return to the regular Contact Side Navigation View

  • A telephony integration needs to be configured by your CareSuite administrator and telephony provider. See Telephony Integration for more information

Notes

  • Click this option to view existing Notes on the Contact (from the Select a Profile page) or add more Notes

  • These Notes are linked to the current Open Contact, not the Profile as a whole

  • Notes typed in the box will Save automatically

  • Click the "X" in the top right to return to the regular Contact Side Navigation View

Delete Contact

  • Click this option, and Confirm "Delete" to permanently Delete this Contact, or "Cancel"

  • This option is only available for users who have the "Delete Contacts" permission
