Close a Contact

The Close Contact option/button allows users to mark the current Contact as Closed

Navigation - Select a Profile Page

  • Click "Close Contact"

  • Select options for all fields displayed in the popup for "Incomplete Calls", as configured by your CS Contact Admin

  • See for more details on configuring the fields that display in the Close Contact popup for "Incomplete Calls" (Requires Admin permissions)

Navigation - Other Open Contact Pages

  • Hover over "Close Contact" to view the Close Contact Checklist, as configured by your CS Contact Admin

  • Once all Required items are checked off, click "Close Contact"
