Permissions

To access the Main Contacts Page in CS Contact, CareSuite users require a valid CS Contact role

Overview Metrics

There are 4 CS Contact metrics displayed:

  1. Total — the total number of Contacts that exist in the CareSuite Organization

  2. Total Yours — the total number of Contacts you have opened in the Caresuite Organizations

  3. Yours (Last Month) — the number of Contacts you opened last month

  4. Yours (Monthly Average) — the number of Contacts you open per month, on average

Search/Filter Contacts

Use the available filter options to search/filter for specific Contacts

Available Filter options: Status (Open/Closed), IVR ID, Contact ID, (Profile) Email, Date Range, Primary Need, Medium, Contact Source, Service Provision, Contact Tag, Agent (CS Contact user), (Profile) Name, (Profile) Phone, Zip Code/Postal Code, Profile ID

  • For text fields, enter complete text to search

  • For drop down fields, scroll through the options, or start typing to get matching options, select an option

  • When ready, click "Search"

  • Use the "Clear" button to reset all fields

Contacts Table

The Contacts table provides details about each Contact in the organization.

Your CS Contact Admin will determine if you can view all Contacts, or only those you opened.

Which fields and in which order those are displayed is determined by you CS Contact Admin.

  • Scroll up/down and left/right to view the Contact information

  • Click on the Contact ID to view the Contact Details

  • See Manage Contacts Table for more details on modifying the fields displayed in the Contacts Table (Requires Admin permissions)
