CS Contact Header

Permissions

To access the CS Contact header, CareSuite users require a valid CS Contact role

Header Fields

The CS Contact Application has 4-6 fields in the Header:

  1. CS Contact (logo/words)

  2. Select a Contact — only when the user has more than 1 open Contact

  3. Notification Bell

  4. 4 Dots Icon, AKA "The Waffle"

  5. User Bubble and Dropdown Arrow

  6. Yellow Sandbox Organization Banner — only when in a Sandbox Organization

1. CS Contact (logo/words)

"CS Contact" displays on the top left. This logo acts as a "Home" button

  • Click "CS Contact" to return to the Main Contacts Page

2. Select a Contact

The Select a Contact dropdown provides a method to switch between Open Contacts for the user without navigating back to the Main Contacts page. This dropdown only appears when the user has more than 1 Open Contact

  • The First and Last name of the associated Profile will display, if available. If not, the email of the associated Profile will display. Otherwise, the Contact ID will display

  • The telephone ID/IVR ID, if available, will appear underneath the Contact ID

  • The icon to the left of the IDs is determined by the Medium, with "phone call" being the default

  • Click the drop down, scroll through the open Contacts, and select the one to view

3. Notification Bell

4. 4 Dots Icon, AKA "The Waffle"

The Waffle icon provides navigation to 3 places in CS Contact:

  1. Create Contact — see Create New Contacts for more information

  2. All Contacts — return to the Main Contacts page

  3. Resource Search — search the resource database without opening a new Contact, see Search Resources in a Contact for more information about Resource Search

  • Click on The Waffles, then click on the icon to navigate to that page

5. User Bubble and Dropdown Arrow

The User Bubble and Dropdown Arrow provides navigation to 2/3 places in CS Contact:

  1. (User) Profile — view your CareSuite user account information

  2. Admin — only available for CS Contact users with Admin permissions

  3. Sign Out — Log Out of CS Contact

  • Click on User Bubble or the Dropdown Arrow, then click on the desired option

6. Yellow Sandbox Organization Banner

The Yellow Sandbox Organization Banner reads "This is a Sandbox Organization - For Training Purposes Only". It will display on the top middle of the tab. It only appears for Sandbox Organizations
