Roles & Permissions Overview

On Authentication:

Caresuite utilizes centralized authentication via SSO login, making for an intuitive UX when operating across multiple applications. Sign in to one, and sign in to all. Additionally, User session management is baked into the suite, to effectively support user session storage and security requirements.

On Authorization:

Roles and permissions in CareSuite are hierarchical, and fall within the following four categories:

• Role-Based Access: Control access by user role

• Application-Level Permissions: Different permissions per application

• Organization-Scoped Access: Limit access by organization

• Permission Inheritance: Role-based permission hierarchies
