How to assign a change request

This article will highlight how to assign a change request to a user in CS Resource.

  1. Filter to the submitted Change Requests

  2. Select the desired Change Request and hover over the right-hand side. There, you will see Assign to Me, assigning the change request to the current user.

  1. After the Change Request is changed to status Assigned and has the assignee’s name attached

  1. There is an option to use both the Status and Assigned To filter to sort through requests.
