How to Send an Update Invitation

This article will highlight how to send an annual or interim update to users from CS Resource.

  1. Before sending out an update invitation (annual update or interim update)

    1. Navigate to the Contacts tab. You will see the Annual Update Contact blue indicator underneath the contact name.

  2. Once ready to send the invitation out, please select one of the navy blue buttons

    1. Send Annual Update Request Now: An annual update is the yearly process of reviewing all agency-related entities' information.

    2. Send Interim Update Request Now: This update type allows Service Providers to update information outside of the required yearly process.

The link for both annual and interim updates lasts for up to 12 months. This provides ample time to complete the update. Once the update has been sent, a new link will have to be generated from CS Resource.
