How to approve and validate Change requests

This section will detail how to approve the change requests and ensure the entry committed to the CS Resource database as intended.

  1. After reviewing the desired change request, the user will scroll down to the blue button in the bottom right corner that is titled: Approve Changes

  1. Once you select Approve Changes, it will prompt you to select an Audit Type for the audit log

    1. The audit comment is optional

  2. The user will be redirected to the main change requests dashboard

  3. The change request will move into a Closed status

  4. The closed change request should match the newly committed information in the system

  5. To validate the newest annual update

    1. Go to the general search and review the current item in the database against the closed change request
