Add a closure status reason

This guide provides a straightforward process for adding a closure status reason in CS Care, ensuring that users can effectively document and manage case closures. By following the steps outlined, users can customize their status options, enhancing clarity and communication within the project. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of maintaining existing statuses, promoting consistency in case management. 1. Login to CS Carearrow-up-right

2. Navigate to the "Settings" Page

3. Click "Statuses"

4. Click this button on the status labeled "Closed" .

5. Click the "Type a reason and hit enter" field.

6. Type "The reason you would like to add" and click [[enter]]

7. Click "Save" in the bottom right hand corner

8. You now can select your newly created closure reason. :)

Tip: Please never delete existing statuses and/or reasons as it will compromise historical data.
