👤Accessing Nexus ID from within CareSuite

All applications within the CareSuite platform sit within Nexus211. As a user of Caresuite you may need to access this portal for any of the following reasons:

1. To update your User Name

2. To confirm your organization access

3. To update your password

You can navigate directly to your Nexus ID portal by following just a few quick steps:

In Care:

1. Login to Care

2. Select the Organization

3. Click the caret arrow next to your initials on the top right hand corner of the screen.

4. Click My Profile or My Organization from the dropdown

In Contact:

1. Login to Contact

2. Select the Organization

3. Click the caret arrow next to your initials on the top right hand corner of the screen.

4. Click Admin

5. Click Organizations under access

You can only access your Nexus ID Portal when logged into the Care or Contact application. You cannot however access the Care or Contact application from within your Nexus ID portal.
