Dates future annual updates are set to send

This report lists annual updates that have been scheduled but not yet sent. Updates that are already sent, started, or completed, and don’t have another future update scheduled, will not appear.

Example: On April 25, 2025, Resource Writer 1 schedules an update for Agency A to be sent on May 25, 2025. If the report is pulled on April 26, the update will appear. If pulled on May 29, it will not.

Using the Schedule Update Invitation feature, a user will be able to control when invites go out on a future date.

💡Information included in the report:

  • Agency ID – Unique identifier for the agency.

  • Agency Name – Name of the agency.

  • Agency Street Address – First “Physical” address; if none, use the first available address.

  • Agency City – City of the agency.

  • Agency State – State of the agency.

  • Agency Zip Code – Zip code of the agency.

  • Annual Update Contact – Name(s) of contact(s) tagged “Annual Update Contact”; list multiple names separated by commas. Leave blank if none.

  • Annual Update Email – Email address(es) receiving the annual update; list multiple separated by commas. Leave blank if none.

  • Last Annual Update Completed On – Date the last annual update was completed (matches the date shown on the agency’s CS Resource page).

  • Scheduled Annual Update Date – Date the next annual update is scheduled to be sent (matches the date shown on the agency’s CS Resource page).

  • Scheduled By – Name of the CS Resource user who scheduled the update.

  • Scheduled On – Date and time the update was scheduled via “Send Annual Update Later.”
