CS Care Setup Checklist

This checklist outlines the setup requirements for CS Care after initial system deployment and organization onboarding.

* All items checked are handled in the backend by the CareSuite team

Initial Application Setup

• Create a network

  • Network name and description

• Configure intake survey

  • Intake survey created in KoboToolbox

  • XML downloaded and uploaded for project creation

• Create a project

  • Project name and description

  • Project settings configured (See Admin Features Overview)

    • Set up project roles (if custom roles needed)

      • Review default roles (user, admin)

        • Create custom project roles if needed

          • Configure role permissions

          • Invite organization team members onto project

          • Assign roles to team members and contributers

• Email notifications (via SQS → SendGrid)

  • Email templates configured

  • Email sending tested

  • Notification preferences set

• SMS notifications (via SQS → Twilio) (Handled per organization w/ CareSuite support)

  • SMS templates configured

  • SMS sending tested

  • Phone number formatting verified

• Geocoding (Mapbox) (Handled per organization w/ CareSuite support)

  • Geocoding API access verified

  • Location search tested

  • Map display tested

External Services Configuration

• Mapbox account created (Handled per organization w/ CareSuite support)

• Mapbox access token generated (Handled per organization w/ CareSuite support)

• SendGrid account configured (for email via SQS)

• Optional - Twilio account configured (for SMS via SQS) Handled per organization w/ CareSuite support)

Optional Integrations

• SendSafely integration (US Infra only)

• CareDove Integration
