Batch Updating Case Status(s) form the Cases page

This guide provides a simple and concise 6-step process to batch update the status(s) of cases. It includes step-by-step instructions, including navigating to the relevant webpage, selecting the appropriate options, and submitting the update. Following this guide will enable users to efficiently and accurately close extracted consumer referrals.

1. Navigate to https://care.211cs.orgarrow-up-right

2. To batch update cases click this checkbox (upper left hand corner), from the cases page.

3. Click "Update Statuses"

4. Click the status you will be using to bulk update

5. If it's a final status, select the appropriate reason. (Only required for final statuses)
