Caresuite Profile Anonymization
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to anonymize a profile in Caresuite. Anonymizing a profile is important for protecting personal information and maintaining privacy. By following these steps, contact agents can easily navigate through the process and ensure that sensitive data is properly secured.
1. Navigate to https://contact.211cs.org/contacts/59f7c33f-d665-41d9-8cb2-e0cdd2524543/caller-details
2. Search pre-existing case for anonymization or work in current case.
3. Click "edit" on Profile Details
4. Click "Anonymize Profile"
5. Select how you wish to send verifification code to the profile owner
6. Click "Send Verification Code"
7. Await to receive verification code.
8. Verification Code Correspondence (Example)
9. Type in the provided code
10. Click "Schedule Anonymization"
11. Click "Next" at the bottom of the Profile Details survey.
Alert: Anonymization takes approx 15 days from the day of scheduling
