How To Add Case Flags
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for adding case flags in tCS Care, making it easy to customize and manage case statuses effectively. By following these instructions, users can enhance their data organization and communication, ensuring that important flags are clearly identified and accessible. This resource is essential for improving case management efficiency and ensuring that critical actions are easily tracked.
1. Login to care.211cs.org
2. Click onto a project you would like to add Case Flags in

3. Click "Settings"

4. Click "Case Flags" under Statuses & Flags

5. Click "Add Case Flag"

6. Click this text field and type in a relevant flag name

7. Click this field to describe the meaning of the flag

8. Click a color to identify the flag on UI

9. Click "Create Case Flag"

10. Click "Add Case Flag" and continue the previous three steps

11. Click "Cases"

12. Click "Edit Columns"

13. Click "Case Flags"

14. Click this icon to move around where you would like the column to display on the cases page

15. Click into a case you would like to add flags to

16. Click "add" next to Case Flags

17. Click here and select as many flags as needed

18. Click here to exit it out of the flag selection screen

19. Flags are now displayed on the case....
